Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

Securitas Security Services is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to drive profitable growth and deliver innovative security solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business objectives and risk profiles.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the Commercial team to deliver tailored security solutions.
  • Manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
  • Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strong track record of delivering solutions.
  • Strong understanding of risk profiles and mitigation options.
  • Demonstrable experience of consultative sales.
  • Experience in project costings and managing margins.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
