Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with existing clients and new enquiries to provide support and tailored solutions
  • Use in-depth knowledge of our products/services to support clients, solve issues, and develop strategies for optimising product usage
  • Manage the onboarding process for new client accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
  • Work effectively with Business Development Managers, Client Support Advisors, and the purchasing team to ensure full client support and seamless service
  • Help achieve sector-based targets by supporting both existing business and new enquiries
  • Oversee client projects, implementations, and decoration projects, ensuring successful delivery while handling escalated customer complaints and issues
  • Identify cross-division selling opportunities and collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business goals
  • Manage the forecast process with clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with purchasing plans
  • Analyse client usage patterns and technical issues to provide actionable insights for product and service improvements
  • Provide professional quotations to existing clients and incoming enquiries, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing
  • Meet sector targets and monitor client satisfaction scores to continually improve service quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management
  • Strong technical knowledge of products/services with the ability to troubleshoot, provide solutions
  • Experience managing client projects and handling escalated issues with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical/product information
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
  • Flexibility to attend client meetings and trade shows as needed
