We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator/Account Manager to join our vibrant and growing sales office in South Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing clients and developing new sales opportunities.
About the RoleThis is an office-based sales and account management role, with a 50/50 split of account management and new business sales. You will be required to book new business, proactively identify and source fresh call out data, and maintain and build upon an extensive client base. You will also research new business contacts, manage business relationships exceptionally well, process quotations, and meet and exceed set KPIs.

We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service and telephone-based experience, or previous B2B telesales and account/customer management experience. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills, an engaged and excellent telephone manner, and a desire to build lasting relationships. Ideally, you will have experience with cold calling and the ability to close deals.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive basic salary of circa £28,000 per annum, with realistic commission opportunities. You will also receive 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension, and career progression and development opportunities. Parking is available in the area, and the role will be an office-based position with social distanced desks and working areas in place.
