Our client, a leading player in the Fleet Management Solutions sector, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Director to drive sales growth in the UK and Europe.

This is a challenging role that requires a self-driven and tenacious individual who can build a strong sales pipeline and expand the company's market share in the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior sales management and experience in selling into the Commercial fleet or Bus & Coach industry.

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Seeking, developing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Traveling abroad when needed
  • Promptly qualifying and developing inbound opportunities
  • Meeting with and presenting to C-level, line-of-business executives and other key stakeholders
  • Exceeding primary Annual Contract Value target and contributory targets of connection volume, pilot provision, and pipeline management
  • Effective prioritization with a focus on the critical few
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver in line with customer expectations

The company offers a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000, a strong commission structure, car allowance, and multiple company benefits. The location is flexible, and the company is open to considering candidates from anywhere in the UK.
