What We're Looking For

We need an exceptional leader to head our global fleet sales team. As Global Fleet Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute a global fleet sales strategy aligned with our objectives.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand fleet sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional fleet sales managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Set sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the global fleet sales team.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and closing of deals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or qualified by experience.
  • Extensive experience in sales, including time in a leadership role within the automotive or fleet sales industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large, diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in London, United Kingdom.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
