Specialist Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team, specialising in working with individuals who have severe/profound and multiple learning disabilities. As a member of our Outstanding Specialist College team, you will contribute to delivering life-changing learning opportunities to young people and adults.

The successful candidate will use a person-centred approach to promote choice, independence, and inclusion. This includes developing manual handling techniques and designing guidelines for learners with physical disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enable teaching staff to deliver the curriculum at an appropriate level through support plans and training.
  • Support students with diverse needs, including communication difficulties, behavioral issues, and specific medical needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £51,300 - £71,400 per annum, based on the location in Greater London.
