Disability Support Worker - OT Therapy Expert

Annual Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Haringey. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with disabled children, older people, and adults with disabilities to promote independence and choice.

Key Tasks
  • Working with people with disabilities to encourage independence and choice.
  • Undertaking assessments to promote independence and provide effective advice.
  • Ensuring the provision of appropriate equipment and adaptations.
  • Providing guidance on Occupational Therapy service provision.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer care and working with older or disabled individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
