Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to disabled children and their families, including supporting them with daily tasks, attending appointments, and advocating on their behalf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-to-one support to disabled children and their families.
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care and household management.
- Accompanying clients to medical appointments and other activities.
- Advocating on behalf of clients to access benefits and services.
Requirements:
- A diploma or HNC level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
An attractive salary range of £32,000 - £37,000 per year, based on a 37-hour workweek at the rate of £26.00 per hour.
