Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Worker for Children with Disabilities to join our team at NYKays Recruitment Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will provide individualized support to children with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and special educational needs (SEN) in a school setting.

Your key responsibilities will include providing 1:1 support to students, working closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans, and supporting colleagues in undertaking personal care tasks. You will also be responsible for fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
