Job Title: Specialist Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Disability Support Worker to join our team at iPeople Solutions in Dorset, working closely with children who have severe and complex needs including Autism Spectrum conditions.

This role involves conducting Child and Family assessments of children who are disabled and their families, addressing safeguarding concerns and working with Children in Care. The work is long-term in nature, requiring strong relationships with families and the ability to navigate complex social care systems.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of disability criteria for children and young people, as well as experience working with families who have eligible needs but do not require a social worker. They will also be able to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for each child.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
