Learning Disabilities Coach

We are recruiting a talented and compassionate Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team. As an Autism Specialist Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of students with autism and learning difficulties.
About the PositionYour primary responsibility will be to work one-to-one with students aged 5-18, utilizing your expertise to foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Key tasks include:
- Supporting students in academic and daily activities
- Developing and implementing personalized behavioral interventions
- Maintaining effective communication with teachers and parents
We offer an attractive salary range of £80-£95 per day, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

To be successful, you must possess:
- Experience working with individuals with autism and learning difficulties
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A deep understanding of autism and learning difficulties
This role requires a full-time commitment, Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30, at our facility in Theale, West Berkshire.
