Patch Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Patch Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a patch of homes, ensuring they are well maintained and customers are aware of their responsibilities.

You will work closely with our maintenance and lettings teams to effectively allocate empty homes and manage customer expectations around repairs. Additionally, you will address anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns, and manage tenancy sign-ups and changes.

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely cares about people, possesses resilience, and has excellent communication skills. They should be a self-starter with natural curiosity and the ability to navigate challenging conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a patch of approximately 200 homes in North Lichfield and surrounding areas.
  2. Work closely with maintenance and lettings teams to allocate empty homes and manage customer expectations.
  3. Monitor and address anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns.
  4. Manage tenancy sign-ups and changes, including court work and evictions where necessary.
  5. Build positive relationships with local services and have a holistic approach to customer care.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered for this position, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check and successful candidates will be subject to a thorough vetting process.
