We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic and Finance Administrator to join our team at EVH. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Administration: You will be responsible for administering the day-to-day bookkeeping and purchase ledger activities within our team, working closely with our Finance Officer and external Chartered Accountant.
- Reception Services: You will provide reception services to in-person callers to our office, working alongside our Technical Services Assistant and Corporate Services Assistant.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with staff in other sections to maximize performance and enhance service delivery.
