Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of production, establishing company policies and implementing necessary changes.
- Evaluate overall company performance and adhere to department financial budgets.
- Develop, monitor and analyse departmental and company budgets and financial reports.
- Performance manage all staff, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure the bakery is compliant with all EHO standards and be present during inspections.
