Customer Experience Outcome Manager

About the Role
This Customer Experience Outcome Manager role is critical in driving our customer-centric approach forward. As a member of the Total Loss Team, you will work closely with customers to identify and resolve issues related to vehicle damage claims. Your negotiation and decision-making skills will enable you to develop and implement tailored solutions that meet both customer and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate settlements that meet customer expectations while staying within company guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements
Requirements
A salary range of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this position.
