Job Description:

They will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding experiences for new employees and homeworkers in the virtual call centre. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain training materials, modules, and resources tailored to each client.
  • Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats.
  • Routine improvement of training content and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships across organisational levels.
