About the Role
The Customer Experience Director will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This involves assisting customers through the delivery journey, working closely with the transport team, and escalating customer service issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have a background in customer service and administration, with experience managing a team and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. They will also have a strong understanding of logistics and transportation processes, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
