Customer Experience Liaison

About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Positively impact our overall customer satisfaction scores and encourage retention.
- Conduct customer reviews for feedback and support your team to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide a resolution in line with agreed KPIs, including 90% of all enquiries acknowledged and responded within 4 hours.
Requirements:
- A commitment to providing an excellent customer service experience.
- Entry level education.
- Organisation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask with a large amount of tasks.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Google Office Applications and willingness to learn new systems.
- Business awareness.
