Customer Experience Manager

Vistry Group is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our Contact Centre team and drive customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and make a positive impact on our customers' experiences.

About the Role:
  • This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve response times.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours and job-share prospects.

Requirements:
  • You must have experience working in a contact centre environment and possess leadership skills.
  • A full clean driving licence and experience working with IT systems are essential.
  • Five GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English, are required.
Desirable:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and understanding of the new build industry would be beneficial.
