First Line Service Desk Engineer

We are seeking a skilled First Line Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Franklin Fitch. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and telephone support to our clients, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with our team of engineers to ensure seamless support delivery and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Take ownership of issues from initial contact to resolution, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients.
  • Support the Service Administrator in managing the main support line, logging support tickets, and ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and MSP.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including recent versions, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, Windows Server, and antivirus software is a plus.
