Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Technician to join our team at Oscar. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for a range of IT issues
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role
