Customer Onboarding Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Enrolment Administrator to join our team at Verastar Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our busy sales teams during the initial stages of customer onboarding.
No prior experience is required, but we are looking for colleagues who are driven to succeed and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for executing the Customer Enrolment sales plan, achieving targets and objectives, and maintaining a close relationship with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully execute the Customer Enrolment sales plan, achieving all targets and objectives
- Work with incoming applications submitted via our sales team and provide feedback on their quality
- Contribute to improving the Customer Enrolment team processes and procedures
- Maintain a close and supportive relationship with our sales team
