Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and sub-contractors to resolve complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all materials and labour required for customer care are available prior to starting works.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their customer care requests.
  • Collaborate with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure that customer care is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Take ownership of customer care issues and work to resolve them in a proactive and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the housebuilding or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
