About the Role:
Team Educate is seeking an experienced Pastoral Care Specialist to work across a Primary School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with vulnerable children and is comfortable working across Early Years - KS2.
The successful candidate will have a timetable of children to check in with and support each day, this support will vary depending on the child's needs. The candidate will also be responsible for running social and academic intervention groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the classroom with learning
- Provide social support at break/lunch times by setting up and monitoring group games
- Run social and academic intervention groups
