The Chichester College Group is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor. In this rewarding role, you will provide pastoral and academic support to students aged 16-19, helping them to achieve their full potential.

You will work closely with colleagues to deliver the tutorial programme and support students on a 1:1 and group basis. Your experience of supporting students in a similar age range and your ability to understand their support needs will be essential in this role.

A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that students receive the best possible education and care. You will also contribute to the development of our pastoral support services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new initiatives.
