EdEx Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Student Mentorship Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing pastoral support to students with various needs.
Based in a holistic school in Lambeth, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students and professionals to create a positive learning environment.
Main Responsibilities- Mentor a child using your university knowledge and skills to support their development.
- Collaborate with professionals to inform decisions about student care.
- Work Monday-Friday, 8:30-15:30, no weekends.
What We Look For
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong academic record and experience working with children/young people.
A competitive salary of £45,600 - £51,900 per annum (pro-rata £105 - £115 per day) and a range of benefits make this role an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills and experience in behaviour and pastoral support.
Requirements- 1st Class/2:1 in Social Sciences Degree
- Strong Academic Record
- Experience working with children/young people
- Desirable: Experience with additional needs
