Job Description: Pastoral Care Officer

The Pastoral Care Officer will provide vital support to students, fostering a safe and valued environment for them to thrive. Key responsibilities include monitoring attendance, supporting pastoral care needs, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to school attendance policies and safeguarding regulations.

Candidates should possess a caring and empathetic approach to working with children, experience working with children, and administrative skills. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and commitment to ensuring students' safety and well-being is also required.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £25,000, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, and comprehensive training for our staff to succeed in their roles.
