About the Role:
  1. You will oversee the pastoral care of students, providing support with social, emotional, and behavioural issues.
  2. You will act as a point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing advice, guidance, and support when needed.
  3. You will lead and support the pastoral team in creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.
Ideal Candidate:
  1. Experience in a pastoral or mentoring role, ideally within a secondary school setting.
  2. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting students with diverse needs.
  3. A passion for supporting young people and helping them to reach their full potential.
  4. A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

The estimated salary for this role is between £38,000 and £48,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
