Pastoral Care Coordinator

**Job Description:**
At Robins Nest School, we provide a supportive environment for students who may have experienced difficulties accessing their education. We are seeking a Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our team and support our students' personal, spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development.
The successful candidate will plan and deliver PSHE and individual pastoral sessions, working collaboratively with members of SLT and the Student Support & Intervention Mentor. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement PSHE programs that support student learning and development.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify student needs and develop strategies to support students with SEND.
- Contribute to the delivery of SMSC programs across the school.
