St Mary's is looking for a dedicated Pastoral Care Specialist to join their team. The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide spiritual guidance and support to students, develop and implement effective pastoral care strategies, and work collaboratively with the team to build a welcoming and inclusive community.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing one-on-one pastoral care to students
  2. Developing and implementing pastoral care programs and events
  3. Collaborating with the team to build a supportive community

Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year, 3 days at Christmas, and 2 days around Easter, pro rata.
