We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, HR, Sales Operations, and Sales and Client Services Management, to develop and implement compensation policies that align with company objectives. The total estimated annual compensation for this role is $140,000 - $190,000.
