Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Incentive Planning to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Compensation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales incentive compensation plans that drive business growth. With 7-10 years' experience in sales incentive compensation design and development, you will bring a high level of expertise to this role. Your ability to analyze data, create reports, and present findings to leadership will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales incentive compensation plans that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze data to assess plan effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a well-rounded view of the business and sales department.
  • Manage development and distribution of plan documents, plan calculators, and training materials for compensation program rollouts.

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS in quantitative major (finance, business, mathematics, statistics) preferred.
  • 7-10 years' experience in sales incentive compensation design and development.
  • Strong analytical chops, a problem-solving mindset, and exceptional project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, create reports, and present findings to leadership.
