Front of House Support Specialist

Job Description
We are an IT support group seeking a Front of House Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment and possess excellent communication skills.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires the following responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting visitors to ensure a positive experience.
- Managing office supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked and efficient environment.
- Supporting the Executive Assistant with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies and arranging couriers.
- Dealing with facilities-related queries and providing assistance to colleagues, visitors, and contractors.
- Managing multiple meeting room calendars and scheduling meetings efficiently.
Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a busy office environment and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
Benefits
