About the Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to join our Corporate Services team at Threadneedle Investments and contribute to the smooth operation of our Head Office. As a Front of House Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining a high-quality service standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Services, Facilities, Maintenance, and technology teams to achieve a Five-star hotel/business class lounge standard.
  • Act as a key part of the Corporate Services team, adhering to company policies and procedures to provide a safe and secure working environment.
  • Identify and address maintenance or service issues, connecting client calls to the correct individuals, and assisting with enquiries.
Requirements
  • A background in front of house, reception, hospitality, concierge services from a high-end corporate background, hotel, retail or similar.
  • Experience working as part of a wider Facilities team.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner, self-driven, positive outlook, and a clear focus on high-quality service delivery.
  • Enthusiasm for working with people and a flexible approach to work is essential.
