We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception and Facilities Manager to join our team in London.

Job Title: Corporate Reception Lead

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum (approximately £26-31/hour)

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Reception Manager, Reception Supervisor, or Senior Receptionist in a corporate setting, with strong knowledge of meeting room management and excellent communication and leadership skills.

About the Role:

  • Oversee a small front-of-house & events team, providing guidance, support, and hands-on assistance when required.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably maintained, manage bookings, and oversee the setup for board meetings and events.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience.
  • Uphold and deliver 5-star customer service standards, ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm's values.
  • Monitor daily operations, check on meeting rooms throughout the day, and liaise with catering and facilities teams as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules for the team, book board meetings, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks.
