About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Reception Lead to join our team in London. As a key member of our front-of-house & events team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing meeting rooms, and overseeing daily operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach. You will work closely with our catering and facilities teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Reception Manager, Reception Supervisor, or Senior Receptionist in a corporate setting. They will have strong knowledge of meeting room management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering 5-star customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a small front-of-house & events team, providing guidance, support, and hands-on assistance when required.
  • Meeting Room Management: Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably maintained, manage bookings, and oversee the setup for board meetings and events.
  • Hands-On Reception Duties: Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold and deliver 5-star customer service standards, ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm's values.
