Reception Manager Corporate Environment

Salary: £50,000 per annum (plus possible transition to permanent role)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of receptionists, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless front-of-house operations.
- Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are immaculate and ready for use at all times.
- Deliver 5-star customer service, welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain operational excellence, monitoring daily activities and liaising with catering and facilities teams as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and effective time management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Reception Manager or equivalent in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented delivery.
- Knowledge of meeting room management and ability to ensure smooth scheduling and room readiness.
