Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Reception Manager to join our team in a dynamic corporate environment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.

Salary: £50,000 per annum (plus possible transition to permanent role)

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a small team of receptionists, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless front-of-house operations.
  2. Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are immaculate and ready for use at all times.
  3. Deliver 5-star customer service, welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  4. Maintain operational excellence, monitoring daily activities and liaising with catering and facilities teams as needed.
  5. Coordinate schedules and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and effective time management.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Reception Manager or equivalent in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented delivery.
  • Knowledge of meeting room management and ability to ensure smooth scheduling and room readiness.
