Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities to drive business growth.
- Working closely with the Accounting & Finance department to provide insightful financial data and analysis.
- Providing financial support and guidance to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and department heads.
- Driving continuous improvement in processes and systems within the Finance department to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Participating in strategic planning and decision making to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards to maintain a high level of financial integrity.
- Collaborating with other team members on finance-related projects to achieve business objectives.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements to provide accurate and timely financial information.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner who has:
- CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in the property industry.
- An ability to work effectively in a team and independently to achieve business objectives.
- Experience of working in a housebuilding/contracting team (min 3 years).
- Experience of financial forecasting and management to drive business growth.
We offer a competitive salary of £54,000 - £58,000 per annum based on experience, plus:
- Generous annual leave starting at 26 days, increasing to 31 days with service, plus public holidays.
- A pension scheme with generous employer contributions of 8%, you pay 2%, but you can choose to pay more.
