About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Clinical Technologist to join our radiotherapy department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. As a Clinical Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical services to formal clinical research and development activity based on best industry practices.

Key responsibilities include managing medical devices, providing direct technical support, communicating complex technical information, and participating in risk analysis and risk management. You will also supervise, mentor, teach, and train members of staff from within and outside of the group.

The ideal candidate will have professional registration as a clinical technologist or healthcare scientist, and experience in medical equipment management, preferably in a radiotherapy setting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
