We are seeking a Clinical Technologist to join our team in Radiotherapy Technology Services (RTS). This role is perfect for a highly skilled individual who wants to contribute to the improvement of patient care in the field of radiotherapy.
As a Clinical Technologist, you will be responsible for leading and participating in multidisciplinary project teams to develop ideas and provide technical advice in the creation and implementation of novel designs to improve patient care. Your experience in mechanical engineering, device design, development, and manufacture will enable you to apply your expertise in managing medical devices and providing technical support to radiotherapy managers, key trainers, and users of the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and participating in multidisciplinary project teams
- Applying expertise in mechanical engineering, device design, development, and manufacture
- Providing technical support to radiotherapy managers, key trainers, and users of the technology
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Healthcare Science or Clinical Technology
- Professional registration as Clinical Technologist (RCT or AHCS)
- Experience in device design, development, and manufacture
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
