As part of your induction into the Trust, you will have a full week's paid induction, which will get you integrated with the Trust's systems and up to date with our mandatory training. You will also get a paid shadow shift in one of our clinical areas, where you will be supported in familiarising yourself with our electronic patient record system and getting to know our patients and staff.
