About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Vantiva. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the UK and Poland markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the UK and Poland markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Vantiva remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and sales materials to support business growth.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field.
