We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at eTalent. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for increasing active sales development activity and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
Utilize a CRM system to track sales activity and monitor competition
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development and sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hold a UK driving licence
What We Offer:
An annual salary of £35,000 - £40,000, negotiable depending on experience
Laptop and company mobile phone
Workplace pension and employer contribution
Flexibility to work from home, attending the office on a regular weekly basis
28 days holiday including bank holidays
