About the Opportunity

As a Sales and Account Manager at Verto People, you'll play a critical role in expanding our presence in the Scottish market. Your main goal will be to build strong relationships with key clients and identify new sales prospects.

You'll be working closely with our existing team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth. A competitive salary of £50,000 is offered, plus benefits including a company car, 25 days holiday, pension, phone & laptop, and other perks.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through research, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Managing existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful sales outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in a mechanical engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
