Therapeutic Support Specialist for Children in Care

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team at CHM-1, working closely with children and young people in care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting vulnerable youth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each child or young person.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least two years of experience in therapeutic services, with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to work effectively with children and young people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- An annual salary of £45,000, paid pro-rata for part-time work.
- Pension scheme, including employer contributions.
- Travel expenses and external clinical supervision covered.
