Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of the home. This includes implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and supporting the development of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in ensuring the effective operation of the home
  • Implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and supportive environment
  • Maintain accurate records of resident progress and activities
  • Foster the growth and development of junior staff

Salary and Benefits

£13 - £14.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Additional Pay: Sleep in rate - £60 per sleep, Overtime paid at £1 extra
