This role involves managing a team of staff to provide supported accommodation for children with various conditions, promoting their physical, emotional and safety needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young people.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
