As a Children's Social Work Team Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping our services and ensuring that every child receives the support they deserve.

Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting, assessing, and approving foster carers, as well as providing training and support to ensure their success. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for children. The ideal candidate will have a Dip SW/CQSW/Social Work Degree, current SWE registration, and a full UK driving license. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
