Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Senior Respiratory Unit Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our medical team in leading our Same Day Emergency Care Unit (SDEC).

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the SDEC team, working closely with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and outstanding outcomes. The unit will assess respiratory patients, triage, and discharge on the same day. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Respiratory Assessment Unit and participating in system leadership and innovative partnerships to deliver integrated models of care.
