About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join our revamped Housing Management Team at L&Q. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent service for residents and helping us to achieve our vision of providing quality homes and neighbourhoods for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Housing Management team to deliver a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service for residents.
  • Improve resident satisfaction, build trust, and ensure that residents have a home that they're happy in.
  • Be the primary relationship holder with residents living in homes on your patch, covering around 500 – 600 homes.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building relationships with people and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to keeping promises to residents.
  • Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes for residents.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a complex workload while adhering to important deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management and engagement with a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Valid license and access to a car for work use.
